Truman Annex Shipyard Condos are perfect for guests looking for a reasonably priced condo in the prestigious Truman Annex area of Old Town. We offer several Shipyard condos and most are two bedrooms and one bath that sleep up to four guests. Some other owners offer Shipyard condos that are far away from the pool...our units are ideally located close to both the pool and entrance to Ft. Zachary Beach. Some of our Shipyard condos are adjacent and can be rented together for twice the room!

SHIPYARD 174
Two bedroom 1 bath first floor unit by the pool and entrance to Ft. Zachary Beach and the Truman Waterfront. Bedding is Queen and 2 Twins (or can convert to a king) and a sleeper sofa.

Two bedroom 1 bath second floor unit right by the pool and entrance to Ft. Zachary Beach. Bedding is Queen and King and a sleeper sofa. We also offer Shipyard 260 right next to this unit and can rent both for up to 12 guests (8 in #260 and 4 in #261).

SHIPYARD 260 - the Penthouse!
The largest Shipyard in all of Truman Annex and over twice the size of a normal Shipyard condo. The Shipyard Penthouse is a 3 bedroom 3 full bath second floor unit by the pool and entrance to Ft. Zachary Beach and includes a two additional loft bedrooms with two twin beds in one loft and two twin beds in the other loft. Flexible bedding arrangements for up to 8 guests. We also offer Shipyard 160 right below and can rent both with a common foyer.

Most units are 2 bedrooms 1 bath {most have queen and 2 twins (or convert to a king with a king converter) plus sleeper sofa}. Both Shipyard 160 & Shipyard 202-3 have 2 full bathrooms and Shipyard Penthouse has 3 full bathrooms and is much larger.
Fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances and cooking accessories.
Washer & dryer with iron & ironing board.
All towels and linens, including beach towels.
Central air & ceiling fans.
Outdoor decks.
Large shared Shipyard pool.
TV's and entertainment center, including an Alexa (Alexa play some Jimmy Buffett!)
