2 bedrooms 2.5 baths {queen bed and 2 twin beds (or request the 2 twins be converted to a king using a king converter kit)} plus a queen sleeper sofa so can sleep up to six guests.
Outdoor back deck is partially covered by an awning and there is also a nice side yard with an additional deck, grill, plus a dining room table with chairs so you can eat your meals outside.
Fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances and cooking accessories.
Washer & dryer and iron & ironing board.
All towels and linens, including beach towels.
Central air & ceiling fans.
Outdoor decks on front, side and back of house including an outdoor gas grill and dining table.
Access to a community shared pool just a short walk away.
